State and County Taxes will be added above prices.  (currently 11.5%) All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra people 18 yrs and up $20 each, under 18 yrs $10 each. Rates subject to change without notice.  Maximum occupancy 2 persons per bed per unit. Guests allowed 2 visitors per day. They must register at the front office.  
Pets allowed with management written approval only . Minimum stays required on all weekends, holidays or special events.  

Cancellation policy: $25 handling fee imposed. Cancellation is 30 days prior to arrival local hotel time (EST). Guests who do not cancel within the time described will be charged the cost of the entire stay. The entire amount of the stay is charged to the credit card. This deposit will be non-refundable.  There are no refunds for early departures.
